The comprehensive equipment of the Pilot Foundry enables the production of test casts and small series in sand, chill mould, low-pressure chill mould and pressure die casting processes. An extensive mould pool is available for casting sample geometries. All casting materials, from cast iron and cast steel alloys to cast copper alloys and aluminium and magnesium alloys, are cast. Special alloys are produced on request.

  • Mould tempering equipment (Robamat, Regloplas, Thermocast)
  • Multi-channel measurement and control systems (Gantner, Eurotherm)
  • Melt control and cleaning systems (Foseco)

Experienced and flexible employees guarantee a practice-oriented fast implementation and execution of trials. Our field-tested and recognised engineers take care of planning, supervision as well as consulting and evaluation.
