Test lab for moulding materials

In our modern specific test lab for moulding materials all commercially relevant as well as r&d mixes can be produced. Comprehensive mechanical tests are conducted via a state-of-the-art adapted electronic universal testing machine. Classic GF testing devices are applied for comparative purposes according to customer demands. The required mold materials are produced by lab-sized mixing units (10 kg pan grinder or 10 kg Eirich rotary mixer) or impeller mixers (5, 20, or 50 kg batch sizes).
